Use of the turbo-driven bladeless turbine and turbine having blades as composite elements ensures a high aggregate technical effect expressed in a possibility of feeding of the steam generating units of the NPSs for account of their own steam with the aid of turbine-driven pumps. Such a turbine drive does not require any electric power and operates by means of steam generated by a steam generating unit; the device is adapted for operation on a cold reserve, i.e. there is no need for warming up the gas-inlet pipes; running on condensate, the friction turbine is even more responsive and, besides, it is perfectly performs the function of a separator not letting condensate penetrate into the second turbine stage.
