International Virtual Congress

The Autonomous University of Tamaulipas, together with the University of Malaga and the University of Cadiz, holds the IV International Virtual Congress.

Topics for discussion and submission of articles:

– Globalization, inequality in education and unstable wages of young people.

– The role of education, teaching ethics and educational reforms.

– Flexibility, rigidity and precarization of labor.

– Inequality in education, entrepreneurship and self-employment.

– Offshoring of labor, labor instability and labor migration.

– Outsourcing, temporary jobs and precarization.

– Inequality in education and precarious employment of young specialists.

– Inequality in education and automated and robotic jobs.

– Gender inequality, reproductive work and instability.

– Inequality, paid work and retirement benefits.

 

Event Description:

The Congress aims to deepen the study of the precarious work situation of the young working-age population. On the basis of information provided by various speakers, the current situation on the labor market of young people will be considered.

It was proposed to assess the conditions for young people to enter the labor market, as well as to analyze the importance of the influence of various factors, such as different levels of education or profession in the context of social, economic and educational inequality.

A series of forums will be held within the framework of the congress, in which it will be possible to discuss all submitted articles, publish opinions and comments at any time and from anywhere in the world.

Confirmation of participation:

The eumed.net group of the University of Málaga will issue certificates of participation, which will be signed and stamped by Dr. Juan Carlos Martínez Coll from the University of Málaga and sent in PDF format after the event.

Congress materials will be published in book format, and will be available online in PDF format.

In addition: the 15 best works selected by the Organizing Committee for content, originality, academic rigor and social contribution will be published in a book published by the UAT Publications Board.

 

Student participation:

Students may also submit reports under the supervision of one or several teachers.
