Preparatory Faculty students tour in the hero-city Sevastopol
From the 8 th to 10 th May, the trip of a group of students, accompanied by teachers PF on a special tourist train took place in the city of Sevastopol. In this springtime of celebration of Victory Day and the anniversary of the liberation from invaders the hero-city of Sevastopol is a special festive and solemn.
The program of the visit included tours of the city of Sevastopol, to the excavations of the ancient city of Chersonesos, on Sevastopol bay, as well as a museum of military history, which is located inside the restored St. Michael's battery. It was she who, among many, in the nineteenth century, heroically defended Sevastopol.
All tours were very interesting and informative. In Hersonissos, on the background of beautiful nature, blooming poppies, alluring Black Sea could touch the ancient stones of the buildings and 2.5 thousand years of age. It seemed that the whole town in a beautiful joyful mood came to celebrate the great victory. Throughout hear songs of the war years, right on the premises were erected stage concerts took place. People were dancing right on the streets.
Evening in honor of military ships of both fleets gave the salute. In the sky above the sea flew colorful rockets and fireworks. The sight was so spectacular that a lot of people on the quays were happy and shouted "Hurrah!". Emotions overflowed from all seen all trip participants.Late at night, tired but very happy and full of impressions the travelers boarded the train.
