ONPU in the world universities rating U-Multirank 2016
On the 4th of April published is the next world universities ranking U-Multirank 2016; it is for the second time that ONPU participated in it. This time evaluated was the teaching & learning organization quality and level of researches conducted by universities in 13 major fields, including the "Applied mathematics" and "Social work", presented by our University.
By its participants’ number U-Multirank 2016 became the largest ranking for all three years of its existence; the rating evaluated more than 1,300 universities from above 90 countries, 3250 faculties and 10700 academic programs of Bachelors and Masters training. The organizers arranged 10 rating tables, every table including 25 best world universities according to the respectively selected indicators. The rankings allow each student desiring to obtain a specialty, to objectively compare and choose the right University seeking various aspects of its activity: internationalization degree, teaching methods and quality, students’ satisfaction level. The data represented in the ranking provide an objective basis for comparing the universities on quantitative and qualitative criteria, as well as reliable grounds for internal analysis and identification of further development areas.
The U-Multirank rating was developed by an independent consortium headed by the German Centre for higher education, Centre for higher education systems’ analysis of the Twente University and the Leiden University Centre of science and technology, (these both being the Netherlands’ institutions).
